Emmy was found tied to the shelter's fence, she was very skinny and heartworm positive. They have had her 2 weeks and she has gained weight, been treated for the heartworm and is ready to be adopted. She has a few "quirks" from being tied up and not being socialized. They do not know if she is friendly with kids and she appears to not care for other dogs. Emmy is a very pretty girl.
