Brief Summary of the Situation:
Bella was found as a strayas a stray a few weeks ago. No owner has been found. She is missing so much fur and is in desperate need of TLC. Char-Wills has committed to helping her and has her placed in a temporary foster home where she can receive the individual attention she deserves, rather than sleeping at their kennel.
I inquired for more information regarding her health and temperament. They describe her as very sweet. The vet says they think she is about 8 years old. She was spayed today and always has a ball in her mouth. She has some severe skin issues and a small growth on one of her front legs.
