Brief Summary of the Situation:
There is a Solid Black Shepherd mix that really is a Shiloh Shepherd Wanna Be named Penelope. She is about 6 yrs old and is a spayed female. She weighs about 62 pounds. She has dense, long fur normally. She has been tested and put into the shelter. She has NO food issues. Probably would do best as a sole pet with adults (no small children). She tends to stay in the back of her kennel run and is a little scared. She likes human interaction. She is a nice dog but is not showing well here at the shelter. She would be a great dog for the right home. She was surrendered to us because her owners were foreclosing on their home.
